The Point Opens In Towson
A new restaurant in Towson with a Fells Point counterpart brings Maryland comfort food, craft cocktail offerings uptown.

TOWSON, MD —A downtown Baltimore restaurant and bar now has a sister location in Towson.
The Point opened this week on York Road and has the same owner and concept as The Point in Fells, located in downtown Baltimore on Thames Street.
Both feature Maryland-inspired cuisine like crab tater tots and other American comfort foods.

Founder Erica Russo, a Towson native, told Baltimore magazine that the "revitalization of the area is super exciting," and since deciding to open The Point in Towson last fall, she planned significant renovations for the space that used to house The Crease on York Road.
The new restaurant features a scratch kitchen, craft cocktails, local drafts and fine wines.

The business held a soft opening on Monday, Oct. 23, and Tuesday, Oct. 24, before a grand opening on Wednesday, Oct. 25.
The Point in Towson is located at 523 York Road. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday to Friday, featuring lunch and dinner plus weekend brunch.
