Towson Ravens Rally To Feature Poe, Cheerleaders, Former Players

The Ravens cheerleaders, Marching Ravens band, Poe and others will converge in Towson in a show of support before the playoffs.

TOWSON, MD — With the Ravens headed to the playoffs as the top seed in the AFC, Baltimore County will cheer the team on with a pep rally. The Ravens rally is slated for Jan. 9.

The Ravens cheerleaders, mascot Poe, the Marching Ravens Pep Band and some Ravens legends will be in attendance, according to organizers. While subject to change, former Ravens players Adalius Thomas and Cary Williams are set to appear. There will also be giveaways.

Towson's Ravens rally is one of several playoff festivities planned. Others include flock parties and car stenciling.

The Ravens will host the Tennessee Titans in the AFC divisional playoffs at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore at 8:15 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11.
