Sex Offenders, Baltimore County Police Has Eyes on You
Undercover officers in Baltimore County will ensure certain sex offenders are refraining from giving out Halloween treats.

Of the registered sex offenders in Baltimore County, approximately 10 percent of them are prohibited from passing out candy on Halloween, according to police.
The Baltimore County Police Department will be patrolling during the festivities to ensure these offenders, who have what is known as a “no contact order” as part of their probation, are staying within the law.
Officers will be going undercover during Halloween to ensure those sex offenders with no contact orders are not giving out candy, and they will coordinate with parole and probation agents, police said in a statement.
