Towson Mall Kiosk Burglar Hid Under Tarp, Used Trash Bag: Police
Police ask anyone with information to contact the Baltimore County Police Department's Burglary Unit.

TOWSON, MD — Authorities are looking for a man with a large tattoo on his neck who stole from a kiosk at Towson Town Center recently. He left the Towson mall with a trash bag full of merchandise, according to Baltimore County police.
The scene of the crime was the "iPlay N Talk" kiosk. Located on the second floor of the Towson Town Center at 825 Dulaney Valley Road, the business deals in electronics and technology products in a space near Zales.
Police said the kiosk burglar crawled under a tarp that was covering the business, then filled up a trash bag with merchandise and left.

He appears to have a large tattoo on the right side of his neck that authorities said they hope can help identify him.
There may be a reward for those who have information in the kiosk burglary case.

Anyone who recognizes the thief is asked to call the Baltimore County Police Burglary Unit at 410-307-2020.
People may also send tips to Metro Crime Stoppers, which is a non-government organization. Tips sent to Metro Crime Stoppers leading to an arrest and/or indictment of a suspect for a felony crime may lead to a reward. In Maryland, theft of at least $1,000 is considered a felony.
