TOWSON, MD — Due to inclement weather, Towson University is opening later than usual Tuesday, Jan. 26. It will open at 10 a.m., campus authorities announced Monday evening.

Baltimore County is under a winter weather advisory until 10 a.m. Tuesday due to a wintry mix, with the potential for up to 2 inches of snow and 0.1 inch ice accumulating.

Remote instruction will continue as scheduled for Towson students, and dining areas will be open for regular hours.

Shuttle service will start at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
