Towson Woman Stabbed Boyfriend With Kitchen Knife: Police
Police said the 46-year-old Towson woman who slashed her boyfriend's face Sunday night has been charged.

TOWSON, MD — A Towson woman has been charged with assault in connection with a stabbing Sunday night on Allegheny Avenue. She is accused of slashing her boyfriend in the face.
Lia Evette Tucker, 46, of the unit block of Allegheny Avenue, faces first and second-degree assault charges.
Police said that Tucker and her boyfriend got into an argument, and she swung a kitchen knife at him. She cut him in the face, officials allege.

Officers were called to the unit block of Allegheny Avenue at 7:43 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 10, and they arrested Tucker, police reported.
The 50-year-old man who was her boyfriend was taken to an area hospital with a serious wound that authorities believe is not life-threatening.

Tucker is being held without bail pending a bail review hearing, police reported Monday.
