Towsontown Festival to Go On, Rain or Shine

This weekend marks the 49th annual Towsontown Spring Festival.

TOWSON, MD – The forecast is no match for the Towsontown Spring Festival.

The event, now in its 49th year, will continue this Saturday and Sunday, rain or shine, organizers say.

Admission is free. There will be music, family fun, classic car show, a beer garden and festival food on tap.

The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 1.

It will be spread out downtown on Chesapeake, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Baltimore avenues, from York Road to Bosley Avenue, and from Susquehanna to Allegheny Avenue.

Parking on county lots will be $5 per day.
