Ukazoo Moving Out, Race Pace Moving In on Dulaney Valley Road

TOWSON, MD - Ukazoo announced this week that the bookstore would be relocating to Parkville.

With its lease up on Dulaney Valley Road in Towson, the book store said in a statement that it would be moving to Harford Road near Interstate 695.

A moving sale kicked off this week, and the store said in a statement that it anticipates reopening in Parkville in late December or January.

Meanwhile, the gears are reportedly already in motion for a new business to take over the Ukazoo space in Dulaney Plaza, across from Towson Town Center.

Race Pace will be moving into the spot in the 700 block of Dulaney Valley Road, according to The Baltimore Sun, which reported a manager at the bicycle shop said that there are "certainly a lot of people who love riding bikes in that area..." and the bike chain had been looking to open in the Towson area for years.

Race Pace has stores in Owings Mills, Federal Hill, Ellicott City, Columbia and Westminster.
