Police released the name of the driver and video of SUV dropping four stories from Towson garage on Allegheny Avenue; nobody was injured.

Police released video on Wednesday showing the March 14 incident as it unfolded, and officials identified the driver in the crash.
Lindsay Taylor Cook, 23, of the 900 block of Southerly Road, was pulling into a parking spot when her Audi Q5 "went forward, crashed through the concrete barrier and fell to the sidewalk below," police said.

Cook was not seriously injured, according to police.
