Weather Alert from Baltimore County Public Schools: Saturday Morning Activities Canceled
With icy roads in the forecast, Baltimore County Public Schools modified the schedule for Saturday activities.
TOWSON, MD — Because of inclement weather, Baltimore County Public Schools canceled school-sponsored activities before noon on Saturday, Dec. 17.
Activities starting after noon will continue as planned on Saturday.
Baltimore County is under a winter weather advisory from midnight to noon Saturday for sleet and freezing rain. Roads and walkways may be icy and slippery.

Temperatures will be below freezing until about 10 a.m., according to the National Weather Service forecast.
Towson University will open at noon on Saturday, Dec. 17.
