Animal Hunting For Food Triggers Video Alarm In Upper Marlboro

An animal visitor to an Upper Marlboro home, perhaps hunting for food, triggers a Ring video alarm, which captures its late-night journey.

UPPER MARLBORO, MD -- An Upper Marlboro resident shared a video of a fox crossing their Welshire Drive driveway on Thursday, Jan. 30, around 12:49 a.m. In this video as it appears on the Neighbors app, the fox takes a look around before disappearing into the night.

"Fox tripped my Ring alarm," writes the homeowner on the Neighbors App. "It looks to be hunting for food. For those of you that have their Ring Alarm, on their phone, tuned up you imagine the startle it caused at a little passed midnight."
