The adoption fee is sponsored/free for several dogs and $0 for Tank and Toby. (They weigh over&nbsp;80 pounds.)&nbsp;They are at full capacity with dogs and need space for more dogs coming in. 🐶&nbsp;Adopters:&nbsp;&nbsp;Please go to the shelter Thursday and Friday&nbsp;(11am to 7pm, arrive by 6pm) and Saturday (10am to 4pm, arrive by 3pm.) Adopters are able to meet 2 dogs and bring dogs for meet and greets 
Tip: Adopters of pit bulls and pit bull mixes: Review the new requirements and complete the&nbsp;Pet Parenting Certification (that takes about an hour)&nbsp;before going to adopt&nbsp;Pit Bull Terriers&nbsp;and specific bully-type breeds. 🐾&nbsp;Pet Pantry Announcement 🐾&nbsp;
Nibbles Nook will be hosting a Pet Pantry the 1st Saturday of every month from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM to support our community and their beloved pets.
📅 Saturday, June 6 ⏰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM 📍&nbsp;Prince George’s County Animal Services Facility &amp; Adoption Center 3750 Brown Station Rd&nbsp;Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 🐶🐱&nbsp;Dog and cat food will be available to in-county residents while supplies last.&nbsp;
With food scarcity continuing to impact many families in our county, access to pet food is more important than ever. No one should have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their pets. This pantry helps keep pets healthy, loved, and right where they belong—at home.
• Supplies are available for up to two pets per household • First come, first served • Please bring proof of in-county residency

The GovCon Summer Soiree - Federal Contractors NETWORKING EVENT

Fireman's Field Complex, 250 S. Nursery Ave., Purcellville, VA, 20132

The annual Purcellville Wine and Food Festival returns on Saturday, July 18, in Dillon’s Woods at the historic Fireman’s Field Complex (250 S. Nursery Avenue, Purcellville). The festival will take place from 2 to 8 p.m., inviting guests to gather with family and friends for an afternoon and evening of local wine, beer, food, live music, art, and more.
This year’s event will showcase 40 vendors, including wineries, breweries, food and snack vendors, and local exhibitors. Enjoy live music performances by the Rick Reaves Band, The Darby Brothers, and the Franklin Park Big Band. The “Arts in the Garden” section, hosted by the Purcellville Arts Council, will highlight local artists who will create works of art live on-site. Additional activities include face painting and a photo stand-in booth. 
Early bird ticket pricing is available through 5 p.m. on July 17: 
• Early bird admission (ages 17 and over): $5 (+ tax) 
• Early bird drink tickets (6 oz wine or 12 oz beer): $8.50 (+ tax) 
• Early bird drink ticket package: 4 tickets for $32 (+ tax) 
• Early bird bottle of wine purchase: $35 (+ tax), available from participating wineries (bottles must be consumed on-site)
A souvenir glass will be provided with the purchase of the first drink ticket. Save time and money by purchasing your tickets in advance. 
The popular VIP experience returns for $275 (+ tax) and includes admission for six, a reserved table for six, three bottles of local wine, six souvenir glasses, six drink tickets, early entry to the festival, special commemorative gifts, and a selection of sweets and savories for the table.
