If you need to take it easier on your body andgradually increase your balance, flexibility, and strength, Chair Yoga allows you to work on basic poses either sitting in the chair or standing beside it. In Chair Yoga you can improve strength, flexibility, and balance while avoiding getting up and down from the floor. A great place to start if you are recovering from surgery or just want to ease back into physical activity - 45 minutes
