Children and teens ages 15 and younger are welcome to attend this free fishing tutorial at Merkle Wildlife Sanctuary and Visitor's Center. Participants should bring drinking water, sunscreen, bug spray and walking shoes. Call or e-mail to reserve a spot.
Please note: The bridge on Fenno Road to Merkle is closed for repairs until further notice. From Rte. 301, take Croom Road. Instead of turning onto St. Thomas Church Road (as most GPS units and maps will suggest), continue on Croom Road, then make a left onto Nottingham Road and a left onto Fenno Road.
