The 10K/5K foot race and 3K fun walk take participants along the banks of the Patuxent River and across a 1,000-foot bridge through a wetland area. Proceeds benefit wildlife conservation projects.
Races start at 9 a.m. The 3K Fun Walk walkers, led by a park naturalist, will start at around 9:15 am.
Race day registration is $22 for 10K runners, $20 for 5K runners and $17 for 3K walkers.
