Fort Washington Man Receives His Master's Degree in Public Administration While a PMF Fellow

Henry “Blaine” Dickens of Fort Washington, Md, received his master’s degree in public administration from American Military University at the 17th annual American Public University System commencement ceremony on June 15. Dickens, a U.S. Air Force and Army veteran of Operation Desert Storm is a 2012 Presidential Management Fellow “and currently works as a criminal investigator for the IRS, helping special agents with project management.
