Hundreds of families will kick-off their summer at Get Kids Movin’ from 1 to 5 p.m. June 30 at National Harbor, MD. Get Kids Movin’ presented by Sports Zone Elite and Think Brown INK is an interactive afternoon that fights childhood obesity by engaging youth in music, fitness, entertainment, health and arts-related activities. The tour was inspired by the work of 10-year-old recording artist and philanthropist Chi Chi Monet who makes positive songs for youth. Event hosts include Miss DC USA Candiace Dillard and Entertainment Correspondent Elle Marie. Registration is free at getkidsmovin.com.
