Join Owl's Nest Farm CSA

If you like to eat produce that's fresh, local, seasonal, and naturally grown, a vegetable CSA share is a great choice.

Greetings from Owl's Nest Farm! We're Liz, Spencer, and Genevieve, and we're starting a new farm in Upper Marlboro.

We're selling CSA* shares now, and we're offering on-farm pickups on Saturdays from 11am-1pm.

*What's a CSA? Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA, is a produce subscription program where eaters pay in advance and get a share of the produce grown on the farm throughout the season. Put another way, a CSA is a relationship between eaters, farmers and the land in which everyone shares the risks and rewards of farming. You're supporting a local farm and getting lots of delicious, nutritious vegetables in return!

  • Let us know if you're interested in work shares, payment plans, and/or options for people with low incomes.
