New Professional at Annapolis Mental Health Center
Edner Charles, Upper Marlboro nurse-practitioner, Joins Staff at Oasis Mental Health

Edner Charles, of Upper Marlboro, Md., is a new board certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner at Oasis: The Center for Mental Health in Annapolis.
He also works in the same capacity at QCI Behavioral Health in White Plains, Md.

Previously, Charles worked at Med Star Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore and at the Adventist Medical Group Washington Adventist Hospital in Takoma Park, Md. He started his career at Greenville Health System Marshall I. Pickens Hospital in Greenville, S.C.
Charles received a bachelor of science degree in nursing in 2006 from the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg, S.C., and a master’s degree in nursing in 2013 from the University of Cincinnati.
