• Maryland man set to be sentenced for home improvement fraud (capegazette.com) — A 27-year-old Westminster man faces sentencing in Delaware next month after pleading guilty to two counts of home improvement fraud tied to more than $1 million in unfinished renovation work. Prosecutors say he took payments from six Sussex County property owners but never completed the jobs, and he now faces up to eight years in prison.
   

• U.S. Men Stay Undefeated with Another Five-Set Win at 2026 NORCECA Final Six (usavolleyball.org) — Westminster native Jacob Pasteur helped the U.S. Men's National Volleyball Team stay undefeated at the NORCECA Final Six, contributing as an outside hitter in a tight five-set win over the Dominican Republic. The squad, now 4-0 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, leans on a balanced roster as it heads into matches against host Puerto Rico and the tournament's medal rounds.
