Brown Celebrates Service Anniversary at Carroll Lutheran Village

Joy Brown of Union Bridge celebrates her 15-year service anniversary at Carroll Lutheran Village on July 31. She is a housekeeper.
Carroll Lutheran Village is an accredited, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in Westminster with approximately 700 residents in 398 homes and apartments, 50 assisted living suites in the Diven House and 103 skilled nursing beds in the Health Care Center.
