We are a faith based, not-for-profit organization passionate about bringing excellence to every aspect of services to our residents. We welcome people of all faiths, backgrounds and identity. We believe residents should have the opportunity to pursue life long learning, create new memories and receive quality services. We believe our team members should have a platform to learn, excel and grow.

Our residents, team members, board members and clergy created our mission, vision and values. It influences decision making and is displayed in interactions with our residents and fellow team members.

Our 40+ years of experience in senior living places our organization among the most seasoned senior living organizations across the country. We understand residential, programmatic and care services evolve constantly. Our experience has, without a doubt, allowed us to create unique programming for our residents and remain agile when challenges arise.

Size matters. We operate two life plan communities in Maryland. It affords our residents and team members in the communities and our home office to remain connected. Our home office has a regular presence in our communities allowing for greater communication, problem solving and relationship development.
