The Board of Education of Carroll County is seeking feedback on proposed changes to Board Policy and Administrative Regulations JICK: Student Bullying, Harassment, Intimidation, Discrimination, or Hazing. The changes align with the Maryland Model Policy as required under MD Education Code § 7-424 reporting incidents of harassment or intimidation against students. These revisions are for implementation in the 2022-2023 school year.

Listed below are links to the proposed revised documents. Please click here to submit comments and suggestions by Friday, February 4, 2022. The proposed revisions will be returned to the Board for action at its meeting on Wednesday, February 9, at 5:00 p.m. at the Board offices.
