The
Board of Education will continue taking public comment through the CCPS website
(click on the Board of Education tab and Members) or through the US mail. Persons
who wish to have their comments posted on the Public Comments page of the
website should indicate so at the beginning of their email. Comments must be
received by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the Board meeting in order to be posted
prior to the meeting.

 

You may access the meeting by clicking on the link under “News and Notices” on the homepage. The meeting also will be broadcast live on CETV Channel 21.The agenda and back-up materials for the meeting will be available on the school system’s website by close of business on the Monday before the meeting. Click on Agendas and Documents under Board of Education.

 

As
a reminder, the Board meeting room has capacity limits which we are required to
follow. Standing cannot be permitted to ensure exits and egress pathways remain
clear.
