The Carroll Technology & Innovation Council (CTIC) is excited to present IGNITE Carroll 9 on Wednesday, October 13 at 7:00 pm at the Carroll Arts Center in Westminster. The IGNITE concept is “Enlighten us, but make it quick!” Multiple speakers present their passions in front of a live audience, each with only 5 minutes to speak and a PowerPoint presentation that auto-advances every fifteen seconds. “With a wide range of topics, it is guaranteed that you’ll learn something new,” stated CTIC Executive Director Kati Townsley.
