Carroll County Closings For Thanksgiving 2018

From Carroll County: Carroll County Government will be closed on Thursday, November 22, and Friday, November 23rd for the Thanksgiving holiday. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 8:00 AM.

The Board of County Commissioners wishes all citizens of Carroll County a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday.
After you've had your fill of turkey and stuffing, there are plenty of events happening around Carroll County starting on Friday, November 23rd with the Festival of Wreaths at the Carroll Arts Center in Westminster.
