Carroll County Coldwell Banker Gets New VP

From Coldwell Banker NRT LLC: Steven Donegan was named branch vice president of the Carroll County Regional Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office leading 58 affiliated agents.

“After over a decade with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in various roles, I’m thrilled to be leading the Carroll County branch office,” said Donegan. “I look forward to helping affiliated agents reach their highest standards of success, both individually and as a team,” said Donegan.

In his new role, Donegan will be managing daily operations to maximize regional branch profits. This will be accomplished by creating business and marketing plans, leading the recruitment of affiliated agents, training and ongoing leadership support.

In Donegan’s previous role, he served as executive operations assistant for four years in the Ellicott City office. There he provided financial reports on sales performance for various offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, covering Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland, under the leadership of Duff Rubin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Mid-Atlantic.

Donegan is a longtime area resident and holds a master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Maryland College Park. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a graduate certificate in real estate development.
