Due to the extremely cold temperatures and wind chill forecasted for tomorrow, schools will be delayed two hours to allow sufficient time to warm school buses and verify that school heating systems are functioning. Parents are encouraged to dress children appropriately for the conditions at bus stops.
Wind chills on Friday may feel like -22 degrees, according to the National Weather Service forecast for Carroll County.
