Carroll Lutheran Village Dining Team Serves it Up for Charity

Event was a fundraiser for Carroll Hospice

Carroll Lutheran Village Dining Services took part in the 19th Annual Taste of Carroll at Carroll Hospital on April 30. Chef Manager Kevin Casker and Executive Chef Shelley Funt served Shaved Beef Tenderloin on Crostini with choice of sauce and Red White & Blue Slaw. The event raised over $186,000 for Carroll Hospice.

Carroll Lutheran Village is an accredited, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in Westminster with approximately 700 residents in 398 homes and apartments, 50 assisted living suites in the Diven House and 103 skilled nursing beds in the Health Care Center.
