Carroll Lutheran Village Takes Part in Comcast Cares Day

Raises funds for the Westminster Boys and Girls Club

Carroll Lutheran Village residents and staff participated in Comcast Cares Day on April 18. A total of 45 residents and four staff from Comcast in Frederick picked up litter and planted flowers. This group picked up litter on Adams Mill Road in Westminster. Comcast donated $20 per volunteer – a total of $980 – to the Westminster Boys and Girls Club for the effort.

Carroll Lutheran Village is an accredited, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in Westminster with approximately 700 residents in 398 homes and apartments, 50 assisted living suites in the Diven House and 103 skilled nursing beds in the Health Care Center.
