Carroll Lutheran Village residents and staff volunteered to clean and beautify the community on May 3 as part of Comcast Cares Day. Work groups picked up litter on the Village campus and on Adams Mill Road in Westminster. Residents in the Health Care Center and Diven House for assisted living planted flowers to beautify the courtyard.

Even residents in the Health Care Center and Diven House for assisted living got in on the action.

For each volunteer, Comcast donated $20 to the Westminster Boys and Girls Club. A total of 44 Village residents and staff and six Comcast staff participated to raise $1,000 for the Club.
