Concert: "European Musical Alliance"
Pianist David Kreider and cellist Maxim Kozlov in concert, Sunday, Oct 5, at 3:00pm, McDaniel College's Forum. Children and students FREE!
This concert, presented by Chamber Music on the Hill, will feature Beethoven’s Sonata in A Major, excerpts from Rachmaninoff’s Sonata in G minor, Cesar Franck’s Sonata in A Major and Minstrel’s Song by Alexandre Glasunov. Meet the musicians at a reception immediately following the concert.

General Admission: $15; Seniors and Veterans: $10; Children and ALL students with ID admitted FREE.

The Forum is located on the first floor of the Decker Center, McDaniel College campus. It is a comfortable, intimate setting, perfect for chamber music.
Pianist David Kreider, McDaniel College Music Faculty member, is the founder and artistic director of Chamber Music on the Hill since its inception in 1990 and a popular performer on the concert series. Solo performances include frequent appearances throughout the mid-Atlantic States as well as previous recitals in Carnegie Hall (New York) and Musikverein (Vienna).

Cellist Maxim Kozlov has performed as a soloist and Principal Cellist with the Chamber Orchestra Kremlin in over 700 concerts throughout Europe, the U.S., and Canada. More recently he was Principal Cellist with the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra and along with fellow Peabody Institute graduate is a founding member of the Monument Piano Trio.
