This Carroll County Health Department sponsored event is free and open to all ages. Learn about current drug and alcohol trends concerning our youth in Carroll County. Guest Speaker is Angel Bivens from the Poisen Control Center. She will be discussing the new and dangerous "Spice" trend. Booths from various agency's and organizations will be represented during the event.
