The Harney Volunteer Fire Company Annual Carnival is being held July 4 - July 9. The dining hall opens at 4:30 p.m. for dinner, outside food stands open at 6 p.m., rides open at 6 p.m. and entertainment begins at 7 p.m. nightly.
