The Kiwanis Club of Westminster, Carroll County Times and WTTR are sponsoring a Fireworks Display and fourth of July celebration. The event begins at 5 p.m. and will include artisan demonstrations, museum tours, mule drawn wagon rides, games, food and craft vendors, entertainment and more.
