The Eldersburg Branch Library is holding a Kidworks service learning hours program for ages 12 - 17. To earn service learning hours participants must attend meetings at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 8 and Dec. 22. The first meeting will include planning a storytime and at the second meeting participants will present the storytime.
