JoeyDCares Rock Orchestra to perform at the Baltimore Inner Harbor Christmas Village
The JoeyDCares Rock Orchestra, a non-profit community group of students and adults who perform concerts for charities, will be performing their popular mix of Rock, Pop, Motown and Jazz favorites, including festive Rock and Jazz Christmas music, in the heated tent at the Baltimore Inner Harbor Christmas Village.
