Knorr Brake Corporation was located on Baltimore Blvd in Westminster for 18 years before moving to its new facility near the airport in Westminster.

Knorr Brake Corporation showed off its new building on Arthur Peck Drive in Westminster on Thursday with a ribbon cutting ceremony. 

Knorr Brake Corporation is a manufacturer of braking, door, and HVAC systems for the mass transit rail industry.

Knorr's new $28 million, 235,000-square-foot facility across from the Carroll County Regional Airport is an upgrade from its previous location on Baltimore Blvd.

Knorr's previous building was purchased by Land Sea Air, a newly formed manufacturing company for $3.5 million.
