Resident Leaders Elected at Carroll Lutheran Village

New Residents Association Council begins work

The Carroll Lutheran Village Residents Association elected new leadership at its annual meeting on September 5, 2018 at the Village.

The newly elected officers include:

  • Deborah Rio – President
  • Lon Bishop – Vice President
  • Craig Greaves – Treasurer
  • Joyce McNeil - Secretary

All residents of Carroll Lutheran Village are members of the Residents Association. Carroll Lutheran Village is an accredited continuing care retirement community in Westminster that includes 398 homes and apartments, 50 assisted living suites in the Diven House and 103 skilled nursing beds in the Health Care Center.
