RV Blaze in Westminster Causes $150K in Damage: Fire Marshal
The fire marshal is asking for help in Westminster arson case.

WESTMINSTER, MD — Fire that struck an RV the day after Thanksgiving in Westminster has been deemed arson, according to the Office of the State Fire Marshal.
The owner discovered the fire in the 2330 block of Hampstead Mexico Road at 10:23 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 25, the fire marshal reported.
Investigators determined the blaze started inside a 2006 Newmar RV and Dodge truck.

It took about 25 firefighters half an hour to control the fire, officials said.
There was $125,000 in structural damage, and $25,000 worth of items inside the vehicles were also lost, the fire marshal said. Nobody was injured.

The blaze was intentionally set, according to the fire marshal. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
