Sheriff: Carroll County's Most Wanted

Joseph Walter Kennedy is wanted by the Carroll County Sheriff's Department for violation of probation, malicious destruction of property, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Kennedy, 54, is five feet, eight inches tall and 145 pounds according to the Sheriff's website. With blue eyes and brown hair, Kennedy's last known address is 2841 Westminster St. in Manchester.

Robert Courtney Longest, Jr. is wanted by the Carroll County Sheriff's Department for failure to appear for a non-support hearing. Longest, 38, is five feet, 11 inches tall and 150 pounds. With brown hair and brown eyes, Longest's last known address is 3073 South Main St. in Manchester.
