(Update) Sheriff’s Office Seeks Assistance with Locating Burglary Suspects
One suspect has turned himself in, police continue searching for the second suspect.
The Sheriff's Office reports that on April 24 Tyler Theodore Rose, a suspect in a Taylorsville burglary, turned himself in. Police continue to search for the second suspect, Joshua Mathew Purvin.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two subjects wanted in a burglary that occurred April 19 in Taylorsville.

Police are looking for Tyler Theodore Rose, 18, a white male with a known address in the 2600 Block of Dotsons Ridge Road, Mt Airy.
The second suspect is Joshua Mathew Purvin, 18, a white male whose address is in the 12000 Block of Buckeye Drive in Montgomery County.

An all-terrain-vehicle (ATV) and numerous firearms were taken during the reported burglary. The subjects may be operating an ATV and may be attempting to flee the county.
