Danya Shumaker has been named Staff Development Coordinator at Carroll Lutheran Village.
She will be responsible for coordinating new employee orientation, annual review topics, competency testing of clinical staff and providing customized training on a variety of clinical topics. Shumaker is a Registered Nurse with a background in long-term care staff development.
