Thousands of years ago, men hunted with spears and stones for animals that were bigger and scarier than the ones we know today. They found food when they could and went back to hide in caves or rough shelters and that was a stable life style.
In today's culture, men and women hunt with cell phones in hand down grocery store aisles while driving baskets then get in their cars and drive home.
At least, that happens in most of this country.
Stability is a fluid definition at this time and the economics of this country cannot meet the demand of stability. Capitalism is supposed to encourage free growth and spirit, which leads and applies to the inner turmoil of what we define as humanity.
Stability is better defined as "am i alive/am i dead" which applies to the broader spectrum of our human race. Stability could also be defined as the seasons, which do not seem to change- much.
We cannot however completely encourage the idea that everyone has a job. That would essentially stop the creative need to survive, as people would be content, and therefore in capable of improving on their standard of living. As defined by cultural caste, whether in capitalism or other opposing/agreeing economical models, we are all born on a run of the ladder of life, and where we are can dictate how far we can climb without the capability to innovate.
Innovation should be the model of stability, and therefore the model of capitalism. Our own arguments for everyone to have a job encourages the ideas of communism or socialism, ideas that our country has continued to deny root here in our homes.
Here we are however, beginning to slide towards those ideas as ends to justify the means.
Back to the human spirit: some Americans want to work the same job for 50 years. Some do not. We currently cater to the latter percentage, while the Americans that wish to work the same job longer are complaining and pushing for change.
We could simply put people in jobs and tell them that's where they have to work. We can also use biological tests to determine which people would be suitable as mates destroy marriage and the idea of love. This would negate the arguments about abortion by strict birth control and if religion were centralized then everyone would live in communion with each other.
Sounds like it will get rid of a lot of problems, right? Just give up your right for choice.
