Target Community & Educational Services, Inc. (Target) welcomes 14 McDaniel College graduate students who began classes on June 24th and are serving a two-year internship as Community Living Managers in Target’s residential program. These students are working to complete a Master’s Degree program in Human Services Management at McDaniel College. During their internships, each student will live in one of Target’s homes or in the apartment program that provides 24/7 supervision and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This unique educational partnership ensures that students receive real-life experiences in this field through their work with Target’s clients while completing their academic studies. Target is dedicated to providing the services necessary to ensure that children and adults with disabilities are active and productive participants in our community and live as independently as possible.
