WESTMINSTER, MD — As summer winds down, some may be looking forward to the fall season and already prepping for Halloween. Young ghouls and goblins will soon rejoice because Spirit Halloween stores are starting to open for the 2018 season, and Westminster's store has already opened its doors.
Spirit Halloween, a temporary pop-up Halloween store chain, has opened up shop on North Center Street in Westminster. The location is next to Regis Salon.
The popular seasonal shop sells hundreds of accessories, costumes and spooky decorations for Halloween.
