The Terraces at Westminster Supports Ronald McDonald House Memorial Day Weekend Breakfast in Baltimore

Food Donation Helped Provide Meals for Guest Families

The Terraces at Westminster recently contributed a generous donation of food items for a Memorial Day weekend breakfast at Ronald McDonald House Maryland in Baltimore. The senior living community's donation helped support families staying at the house as part of a larger volunteer effort. Several local Coast to Coast International Mid-Atlantic Regional Pageant winners also volunteered their time to help prepare the meal.

“We are always pleased to support local organizations that make a difference in the lives of others, and Ronald McDonald House Maryland is a wonderful example of that,” said Amy Dever, executive director of The Terraces at Westminster. “It was rewarding for our community to play a role in creating a welcoming meal experience for families during the recent holiday weekend.”

The Terraces at Westminster recently earned top honors in Carroll Magazine’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards in the “Senior Living Facility – Assisted Living” category. Determined entirely through public nominations and voting, the annual awards program recognizes businesses, organizations and service providers most valued by Carroll County residents.
