BREAKING: Due to weather, Carroll County Public Schools modified the schedule for Thursday, Dec. 14.

Officials with Carroll County Public Shools made the decision Thursday morning for Dec. 14.
The announcement about the delayed opening came after snow coated roads overnight, and the National Weather Service advised people in Carroll County and surrounding areas to be aware of icy roadways.
