WHEATON, MD — Police are searching for a 51-year-old man missing from the Wheaton area. Roy Sumbwe was last seen by family members at about 11 p.m. Tuesday when he was left his McMahon Road residence on foot, police said.Police and family are concerned for Sumbwe's emotional welfare. Police describe Sumbwe as a black male, 6'1" tall and weighs 280 pounds.
