Do not use them unless you like to ruin your clothes. Just move from Manassas to Silver Spring so use them for the first time. They melt two of my zippers on Ralph Lauren sweater. I am very lazy person so didn't plan to visit them to make a complain. Then found out a whole on the shoulder as well. Drop by there and the cashier says they would do free alternation to fix my shoulder but the zippers were not their fault because they never had complains before. I didn't request any money or anything. Just ask them to pay attention next time.
They said I am lying or the manufacturer of my cloth has problem. All I wanted was they would be more careful next time. They may me to write my first online review.
